BRACKENDALE BODY WRAP

The treatment commences with an exhilarating exfoliation, followed by an all over conditioning mask. You are then wrapped in a thermal blanket to encourage the absorption of the active ingredients and to achieve total relaxation. An optional scalp massage can be applied while the mask activates. A gentle, relaxing massage follows the mask removal, leaving you floating away! You have a choice of fragrances and effects.

MASSAGE

A tried and tested treatment as old as the Derbyshire hills! At Brackendale your massage will be tailored to suit you and your requirements.
You tell us the areas you feel need attention, explain your life style and reveal any aches or pains. Our professional therapists will then select the technique most suited to you and your condition on the day. We use traditional Swedish Massage, lymphatic drainage, sports massage and aromatherapy techniques.  Our approach is holistic and integrated; the massage will be unique and memorable
